季節の和菓子のご紹介です。
私の大好きな花びら餅という生菓子です。意外に思われるかも知れませんが、おもちの中に味噌餡と甘く炊いたごぼうが挟んであります。
京都では新年を祝う和菓子として親しまれています。
こちらは鍵善良房さんものです。くずきりがとても有名なお店ですが、和菓子もまた美味しいのです♡
