京都・一乗寺にある詩仙堂（正式名称：丈山寺）。
石川丈山（家康の元家臣）が１６４１年造営、３１年間隠棲した山荘です。
また英国王室チャールズ皇太子と故元ダイアナ妃が来日されたときも立ち寄られたと言うお寺で丁寧にお手入れされたお庭がとても素敵です。
This is Shisendo (Official name: Jozanji), located in the Ichijo-ji area.
It is a mountain villa that was built in 1641 by Jozan Ishikawa (a former vassal of Ieyasu) to live out his life in secluson, which he did there for 31 years.

エントランスから雰囲気があり訪れた時、途中少し雨が降り出したのですが雨の日に訪れても趣があり心癒されるお寺です。
The entrance had a distinct atmosphere about it, and although it started to rain a little when I got there, I thought the temple was very tasteful and had a soothing aura about it.
