先日、朝走っていたときに立ち寄った詩仙堂近くのカフェ、『一乗寺中谷』さんのご紹介です☆
This is a cafe near Shisendo, the villa I stopped by on one of my morning runs the other day. It was recommended to me at “Ichijouji Nakatani”.

こちら元々70年、３代続く和菓子屋さんなのですが、３代目のお嫁さんがパティシエだった事で2002年から、和と洋のコラボスイーツを出す様になったそうです
Originally a Japanese confectionery shop passed down 3 generations over 70 years, the shop began producing Japanese-western fusion sweets since 2002 when the 3rd owner married a pastry chef wife.

この日も和と洋コラボの「ざるわらび」と「絹ごし緑茶てぃらみす」を頂きました。ざるわらびは、わらび餅の上に生クリームが乗っています☆新しい発想の和洋折衷のお菓子、一度お試し下さい♡
This day I had a ‘Zaru warabi’ and ‘Kinugoshi ryokucha tiramisu’. The zaru (basket) warabi had whipped cream on top of warabi mochi (bracken rice cake)! This east-west mix is worth a try sometime <3
